Orders placed on our Secure Server are fully encrypted in transit for your protection. We are also diligent in keeping all your personal information confidential.
You can order online using our secure shopping cart system. We welcome Visa/Mastercard/American Express/Discover/Check/Money Order/COD.
Shipping on orders within the USA is only $3.99 for standard US Mail for your entire order. 2/3 Day Service is also available for $9.99 for your entire order. This is for your entire order, not per item. Shipping outside the USA is $14.99 for your entire order. Baysoftgames will only accept American Express and Discover Cards for International Orders.
-COD Orders: COD ordering is not a selectable payment method on our web site. However, Baysoftgames does accept COD orders. Please email your order, along with your complete name & address to codorder@baysoftgames.com. We will email you back your total, along with complete order information. The COD fee is $5.00. The COD service is available to US customers only.
-If you would like to order by mail, please print out the complete shopping cart and mail with payment to the address above. You can also simply write down what you want on piece of paper with your name and address and mail it in along with payment.
-Baysoftgames will process your credit card immediately for an authorization. This means that we will contact your bank electronically and verify that Billing Address you have provided matches the Address where your credit cards are mailed. If the billing address you have provided is different from address that your bank has provided to us, your order will be delayed or canceled. On the back of your credit card you will find a telephone number provided to access your banks customer service office. You must provide this number to us to help us resolve problems that may arise from the address verification process.
-Wisconsin residents add 5.5% State sales tax to your total order.
-Most orders are shipped within 1-2 Business Days. We do not ship on Weekends or Holidays. If you choose 2 or 3 Day delivery, we will try to ship the order that day, but we do not guarantee it. We will ship your order with the method of shipping selected regardless of when the package ships.
-Items without order buttons are out of stock. Some items maybe different than pictured on our web site.
-All used items have a 30 day replacement warranty. All new items have at least a 90 day manufactor warranty. Any returned item must have an RA number, or it will be refused. Baysoftgames is not responsible for postage costs to return defective merchandise.
-Returned checks & credit card charge backs will be charged a $35.00 fee and turned over to an outside collection agency. If you have an issue with an item or our service, please be sure to contact us before requesting a chargeback so we can help.
-All sales are final - Defective products are replaced by same item only - We do not guarantee compatability. Shipping charges are never refundable.
If your merchandise is defective or damage in any way, please contact us by email or by phone in order to get proper authorization and instructions. Returned items found to be defective must be complete with all printed materials, accessories and packaging in order to be exchanged. We will then replace the defective merchandise. In case we can not replace the item we give you a full refund for the merchandise with the exception of shipping cost. Please also return a copy of the original invoice in order to process your exchange effectively.
-Prices listed on our web site may differ from prices at our retail locations.
-Credit Card Fraud: Credit card fraud is a serious crime. All orders submitted with invalid/stolen cards will be turned over to your ISP, Visa/MC International, and your local police dept. We prosecute to the full extent of the law. If you sumbit an order with an invalid/stolen credit card, we will contact your LOCAL police dept with the information provided. If you are using your parents credit card, make sure you have permission to use it.
